Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IVF laboratory procedures including embryo culture, fertilization checks, and embryo transfers.
• Proficiency in embryology and andrology techniques such as ICSI and embryo handling.
• Ability to maintain accurate laboratory records and participate in quality control and CDC/SART reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform embryology and andrology procedures as outlined, with attention to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain neat, legible records of work and data analyses as required.
• Identify and escalate problems affecting test or procedure results, and assist in corrective actions.
• Train and mentor other laboratory staff; participate in research projects and publications.
