Job summary

Stanford Medicine Children's Health is seeking a Sr. Embryologist in Sunnyvale to perform IVF-related laboratory duties under minimal supervision. The role covers embryology and andrology tasks including egg retrieval support, ICSI, embryo culture, transfers, vitrification, and reporting duties.

Strong emphasis on data accuracy and safety compliance. Minimum 4 years in a clinical IVF/related lab with 3 years in supervisory roles; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field.
• Four (4) years in a clinical, public health, IVF, genetic or environmental laboratory setting to include at least 3 years of progressively responsible and/or supervisory experience.
• No license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, legible, complete records and data analysis as required.
• Identify problems affecting test or procedure results and rectify or report.
• Perform embryology and andrology procedures as outlined in job duties.
• Contribute to CDC/SART reporting with accurate data.
• Teach and train personnel in laboratory procedures and research.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
