Job summary

US Fertility in San Ramon, CA is seeking an Embryologist II to join the Reproductive Science Center of the Bay Area. You will culture oocytes, perform insemination and embryo transfer steps, and manage vitrification and storage with rigorous quality standards.

The role requires biology-based education and 2–3 years of embryology experience, including ICSI and embryo biopsy, working within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree in Biology or relevant laboratory science.
• 2–3 years of Embryology experience preferred.
• Experience with ICSI and embryo biopsy required.
• Ability to work independently and in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency with data entry and lab records systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and culture oocytes.
• Prepare sperm and perform oocyte insemination.
• Assess and select embryos for transfer.
• Conduct oocyte and embryo vitrification, storage, warming, and thawing.
• Maintain lab media for human gametes and perform semen analyses.
• Document procedures and results in ARTworks.
• Track donor sperm and embryos per FDA regulations.
