Job summary

Testpros is seeking a Senior Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Specialist to support upcoming projects starting in late 2026 or 2027. The role includes assessing operations and developing comprehensive technical documentation.

Candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in IV&V and project management within federal environments. The position offers a pay range of $60-90/hr, contingent on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IV&V with state or federal clients.
• Experience managing complex IT projects as a Project Manager.
• Familiarity with IV&V requirements, IEEE, CMMI, and PMBOK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reviews for PMO.
• Develop technical documentation for test requirements.
• Communicate effectively and maintain test assets.
