Job summary

Testpros is seeking a Senior Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Specialist to support the U.S. Federal Government. The role includes developing technical documentation and managing project assessments in compliance with IEEE, CMMI, and PMBOK standards.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of IV&V and Project Management experience. The position offers a pay range of $60-90/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. This is not an immediate opening, as projects are anticipated to begin in late 2026 or 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience performing IV&V with state or federal clients.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of IV&V requirements and industry standards like IEEE and PMBOK.

• Participate in review and assessment throughout the PMO.
• Develop technical documentation detailing test requirements and procedures.
