Job summary

A modern service management platform provider is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join their team in Palo Alto. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of pre-sales consulting experience and knowledge of ITSM and enterprise AI. The candidate will provide technical support to sales teams and lead workshops. 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.

Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, enterprise automation, and enterprise AI is preferred.

Proficiency with the Atomicwork platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions.

Expertise in territory management, including pipeline building and executing strategies with Sales counterparts.

Experience collaborating effectively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.

Willingness to travel within the United States as necessary.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.

Serve as a technical and domain expert for the Employee Workflows product suite, supporting product sales during the sales cycle.

Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how our solutions align with their needs.

Address product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Atomicwork colleagues.

Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for the roadmap and outcome agreement.

Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that could add value and better meet customer needs.
