Job summary

BNY seeks an ITSM Operations Lead to join our Technology team in NYC, NY. You will design, coordinate, integrate, and support complex ITSM implementations and multi-platform operations for internal partners and regulators, ensuring alignment with platform goals.

You will lead incident command and control, drive resiliency, measure KPIs, develop artifacts, and mentor junior staff while advancing automation and governance across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• 10–12 years of application or infrastructure related experience required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, coordinates, integrates, and provides general support for complex ITSM implementations and integrations.
• Performs Command-and-Control and coordination of incidents and critical events, leads resiliency activities.
• Oversees reporting, process improvements, and governance across IT platforms.
• Drives consistency with technology standards and mentors junior team members.
