Arcadis is seeking a Traffic Engineer (Signal Operations & Analysis) to join our Nashville, TN team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in traffic engineering, with responsibilities including preparing engineering reports, utilizing modeling software for simulations, and leading signal timing plans.

The role offers remote or in-office flexibility, but candidates must be able to attend essential in-person meetings. We offer a competitive salary between $85,000 and $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Traffic Signal Field Operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with traffic signal controller hardware and management systems.
• U.S. Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Support expanding Tennessee traffic engineering practice with reports and studies.
• Utilize software for traffic modeling and simulation.
• Prepare signal timing plans and oversee field implementation.
