Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a senior infrastructure engineer to provide enterprise infrastructure support across compute, storage, networking, cloud, and automation. You will help design, deploy, and operate platforms enabling critical business services.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams, leveraging PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and monitoring tools to optimize performance, ensure security, and drive continuous improvement within a HIPAA/HITECH compliant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT engineering or infrastructure support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, statistics, business, health care, engineering, etc.
• Understanding of IT architecture concepts, enterprise infrastructure components, and the SDLC.
• Experience with enterprise information systems (IS) and infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of health care payer processes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to run data queries and analysis to support troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering support for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Lead design, deployment, and operations across compute, storage, network, and automation.
• Develop scripts and IaC for automation and consistency using PowerShell, Python, Terraform.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and IT leadership to align solutions with standards.
• Contribute to architecture roadmaps, budgets, and project governance.
