Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Azure for Medicare/Medicaid analytics. You will design, build, and optimize data pipelines, models, and dashboards to enable health outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, finance, and provider networks, apply HIPAA-compliant data governance, and leverage Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and low-code integrations to deliver scalable

Qualifications

5+ years of data management experience on cloud data platforms.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, statistics, business, healthcare, or eng.
Experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
Experience with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot) and Azure ML.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Scala, and SQL with QA automation.
Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Spark Streaming).
Experience integrating data solutions with low-code platforms (Pega, Salesforce).
Understanding of HIPAA data privacy and healthcare data governance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data solutions for payor business challenges.
Design and build enterprise data solutions on Azure for health care analytics.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation.
Leverage AI-first practices including GitHub Copilot and Azure Machine Learning.
Code, tests, and documents data solutions using Python, PySpark, Scala, and SQL with QA.
Build data models for analytics supporting claims processing, quality metrics, and population health.
Implement batch and real-time data pipelines via ETL, streaming, and APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical ops, finance, and provider networks.
Integrate data solutions with low-code platforms like Pega and Salesforce.
Collaborate with data science, BI, and application development teams.
