Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing company, seeks a trade compliance licensing professional to manage export licenses, classifications, and compliance for its UAS portfolio. You will draft license applications, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate with engineering and program teams.

You will act as an empowered official under ITAR, coordinate with stakeholders, and support license lifecycle across diverse programs, ensuring regulatory accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with drafting and management of U.S. export authorities.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR license lifecycle management against U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Experience researching and evaluating technologies against U.S. Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR).
• Experience interfacing with technical and programmatic teams to facilitate objectives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

• Monitors all licensing activity for compliance and accuracy.
• Evaluates data and develops reports.
• Establishes export licensing and compliance programs; monitors effectiveness.
