Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) seeks a Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst III-V to support Shared Services IT across GSOC, OPC, and GTC. This hands-on role owns the day-to-day lifecycle of technology vendors, software licenses, renewals, cost allocation, and chargeback reporting while supporting ITIL and ITSM processes, internal controls, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, CS, or related field.
• Experience in IT vendor management, technology sourcing, and IT service management.
• Knowledge of software licensing models, entitlements, renewal quotes, and vendor commitments.
• Experience negotiating with technology vendors and supporting bids and renewals.
• Analytical experience with spend, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the IT vendor management program, including onboarding, reviews, and risk coordination.
• Serve as relationship owner for software publishers, hardware manufacturers, and service providers.
• Maintain a repository of IT agreements and a renewal calendar with terms and deadlines.
• Review licenses, order forms, renewal quotes, entitlements, and compliance risks with Legal and IT teams.
• Coordinate software deployment reconciliation, true-ups, publisher audits, and spend optimization.
• Plan and support RFPs, bids, supplier evaluations, and onboarding.
• Maintain cost-allocation and chargeback methods, validate invoices, and support budgets.
• Manage ITIL/ITSM processes and assist with audits and controls documentation.
• Improve ITSM, GRC, contract-management, and SaaS-management workflows.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for vendor performance, renewals, and licensing.
