Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in a related field.
• 4+ years designing/managing infrastructure, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, Windows desktop OS, and desktop management systems.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, M365).
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox).
• Experience with Exchange Online and on-premises environments.
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python; configuration and patch management; ITSM tooling and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows and Linux desktop/server environments and storage.
• Architect and implement cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and M365.
• Maintain and optimize physical/virtual servers and workstation infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform backups, patches, and file management.
• Implement automation and configuration management; plan system upgrades.
• Ensure security/compliance and address audit findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and operation.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex issues and maintain documentation.
