Job summary

Aquila Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager, IT Transition & Technology Programs to steer critical IT separation initiatives and drive a cornerstone SAP ERP implementation across a regulated life sciences manufacturing environment. This remote role supports travel to operational sites and reports to the CIO, coordinating with QA, Manufacturing, and IT leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT project/program management, proven SAP ERP experience in life sciences, and

Qualifications

10+ years in IT project/program management, including carve-outs or divestitures.
Hands-on SAP ERP implementations in life sciences or CDMO environments.
GxP-regulated environment experience with CSV and 21 CFR Part 11 awareness.

Responsibilities

Own TMO governance, RAID logs, master plans, cross-workstream dependencies, and TSA milestones.
Lead SAP ERP delivery, including schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation.
Manage SI/vendor performance and surface delivery risks to CIO promptly.
Coordinate with Quality/manufacturing to align IT platforms with GxP validation and CSV.
Provide executive status reports and strategic recommendations to CIO and leadership.
Coordinate PMO coordination for HRIS/payroll and CRM workstreams.
