Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, electronics engineering, voice/data communications or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level IT support to executives and Administration.
- Respond to first level help desk requests from faculty and students.
- Oversee hardware/software deployments per ITS standards and objectives.
- Maintain security, confidentiality, and integrity of desktop systems and data.
- Document daily activities in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Provide Active Directory and Terminal Services support.
- Assist Network Administrator with LAN/WAN issues.
