Job summary

Champagne Metals, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Technician to provide Tier 2 support, mentor Tier 1 staff, and own complex incidents across endpoints, identity, networks, and business applications. This role emphasizes proactive documentation and collaboration on technology projects across locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise, experience with Entra ID and Intune, and the ability to support servers, cloud services, and ERP/CRM applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, identity, and access troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, switches, wireless networks, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting servers, cloud platforms, backups, and business applications with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior technical staff; certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier 2 escalation resource for the IT Technician and resolve complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot advanced Windows, macOS, hardware, application, endpoint, printer, and conferencing-system issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, MFA, and user access.
• Support Intune enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, endpoint configuration, patching, and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot networks, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, APs, firewalls, and ISP connectivity.
• Support servers, virtual systems, cloud services, backups, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Resolve ERP, CRM, Power BI, and business-application issues; investigate email and account-security incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis and maintain procedures, diagrams, and knowledge-base articles.
• Assist with new-location deployments and IT projects.
