Qualifications

• Five+ years of PC/Desktop support experience in help desk or system administration.
• Experience with vendor and employee/member relations.
• Knowledge of PCs/servers hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to employees on technology systems and follow help desk processes.
• Maintain effective communication within PC Desktop and ITS teams to ensure workflow.
• Ensure hardware and software meet department and budget requirements.
• Balance daily workload with ongoing projects and priorities.
• Lead departmental projects and coordinate with IT management.
• Provide ongoing training and documentation for end users.
