SAP America, Inc. is seeking an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist in Dallas, TX to design, develop, and optimize SAP business processes.

The role focuses on cloud-native architectures, scalable systems, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, implement complex data and application integration, and drive agile delivery across teams while ensuring secure, high-availability operations and ongoing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with four+ years experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform complex data and system development for integration.
• Facilitate lifecycle of systems/services with secure, stable operations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of cloud services.
• Coordinate agile engagement with the business.
• Revise and update programs; provide documentation.
• Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement.
• Participate in de-escalation activities when needed.
• Contribute to technical standards and frameworks.
• Manage cloud architectures including microservices, containers, and serverless styles.
• Apply DevOps toolset and modern data processing methods.
• Apply SaaS integration and extensibility concepts.
• Analyze S/4HANA data footprint and scalability.
