Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in at least one of the SAP compliance domains.
• Expert knowledge in SAP data warehousing solutions like SAP BW4HANA or SAP HANA.
• Experience on mixed modeling with BW/4HANA and HANA native modeling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues.
• Create root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate closely with product teams for product enhancements.
