AstroHire, in partnership with Clearway Energy Group, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. You will design, implement, administer, and support operational IT systems, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance existing solutions and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems development, SCADA/EMS/GMS experience, and strong SDLC and communication skills. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Power Systems Engineering required.
• 3+ years of systems and applications development, configuration, and support.
• 3+ years' experience with power systems applications and SCADA/EMS/GMS.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and multiple PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing technical solutions for Business Operations.
• Coordinate to identify and manage Operations IT projects.
• Develop procedures to provide safe, reliable operations systems meeting standards.
• Document gaps and implement improvements.
• Provide support for System Operators, Generation Dispatch, and Power Marketing.
• Apply project and development standards and manage risk.
• Maintain status reports and collaborate with partners and vendors.
