Qualifications

• Experience serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage server, identity, and network systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for complex issues across various platforms.
• Administer Windows Server, including AD DS, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain production Linux servers and administer Okta as the primary identity provider.
