Qualifications

• Microsoft certification, CompTIA A+ certification, CompTIA Network+ certification or acquire within 6 months of hire.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.; pass drug test and background check for AZ Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance of Cliff Castle Casino's computerized systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange, and peripheral devices; manage backups and restores.
• Train, schedule, and supervise IT staff; enforce security procedures and disaster recovery testing.
• Maintain technology policies and inventory, ensure software licensing compliance and patch management.
