Job summary
Salish Cliffs seeks an IT Supervisor to lead the daily operation, planning, development, and support of the casino's information systems data center and communications infrastructure.
The role requires managing maintenance, backups, and security, while coordinating with operations to minimize disruption and ensure system reliability. Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, VoIP, POS, and player tracking is essential.
Qualifications
- AA in Computer Science or AA in Computer Networking, or equivalent.
- Three+ years’ experience in computer operations or certification from technical school.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008-2016+, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VoIP phone systems, POS solutions, Player Tracking Systems, Routing & Switching, and basic hardware/Ethernet knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure efficient operation of IT systems and data center communications.
- Coordinate installations and maintenance with operations to avoid disruption.
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for hardware and software.
- Monitor security logs, backups, and data restores; ensure compliance.
