You will oversee modernization, security, and reliability of critical systems and act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership.

This role requires hands-on leadership, cloud and on-prem infrastructure management, vendor relationships, and ongoing process improvements to support a growing workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT management or systems administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud services (Azure) and enterprise applications.
• Strong vendor management and procurement experience.
• Robust cybersecurity practices to protect data and systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple environments.
• Experience with Citrix and SQL is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the entire IT environment, ensuring systems are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Guide technology procurement, vendor selection, and contract management.
• Oversee cloud-based platforms, server environments, and essential software applications.
• Address data security, reliability, and cybersecurity risks.
• Research and implement new tools and automation to improve efficiency.
• Lead technology projects from planning through deployment.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to users and IT staff.
• Advise executive leadership on IT strategy and risk.
