Job summary

Care Access is hiring a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint management. You will lead automation, strengthen security, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior admins and maintaining high‑quality documentation.

You will collaborate across teams on platform migrations, vendor evaluations, and incident response, with a strong focus on reliability and security in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience within an information technology specific role

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize core infrastructure and cloud services with documented standards.
• Own monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis to improve uptime and security.
• Mentor junior admins and maintain knowledge base and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to post-mortems and corrective actions.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
