Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 3+ years or 7+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, network management and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Document and track outages using trouble ticketing systems.
• Provide advanced Tier II and III remote support for a nationwide fiber network.
• Troubleshoot and repair transport backbone equipment and subsystems.
• Lead cross-team coordination with engineering and vendors on complex issues.
• Configure and monitor Windows Server Failover Clusters, McAfee EPO, SQL, SolarWinds, Exchange.
