Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer (Level 3) for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will serve as the Tier 3 escalation point across endpoints, servers, networking, identity, and cloud collaboration platforms.

The role requires 5–7+ years in IT support or systems administration, with strong Windows, AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 expertise. You will mentor junior engineers and help improve support processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5–7+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, or related technical role.
Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in enterprise environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).
PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing and change management.

Responsibilities

Serve as Level 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and identity issues.
Administer and maintain Windows endpoints, servers, and enterprise apps; monitor health and performance.
Manage Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 accounts and access.
Maintain and support endpoint management (Intune/SCCM) and device compliance.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks; document runbooks and diagrams.
Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and contribute to process improvements.
