Job summary

Flexport in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage and enhance SaaS-based collaboration and endpoint management platforms. You will administer Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune, ensuring security, scalability, and automation across Mac and Windows endpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS Collaboration tools and managing Mac and Windows endpoints.

• Knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security principles, and IAM concepts.
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and engineering roadmaps.
