You will translate complex requirements into actionable technical tasks, collaborate with product, QA, and engineering, and drive high-quality documentation and backhog readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and translate complex requirements into system specs across multiple initiatives.
• Create and review technical specifications to guide development teams.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete system requirements.
• Define processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise use cases.
• Ensure requirements align with enterprise standards and traceability across programs.
• Document data structures, interfaces, integrations, and data transformations.
• Assess cross-system impacts and data flows across platforms.
• Define non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) with Architecture/Engineering.
• Advise on solution architecture and design decisions; provide technical guidance to backlog readiness.
