Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to translate complex business needs into scalable technical specifications. You will lead multi-initiative requirements analysis and influence design decisions.

In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality documentation, collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations, and drive improvements across enterprise data flows while working in a remote, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications required.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications and technical tasks, ensuring development teams have sufficient clarity to implement complex and cross-system solutions.
• Translates highly complex and ambiguous business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, exception handling, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level or cross-functional use cases.
• Ensures system requirements and technical specifications are complete, high quality, and aligned with delivery needs and enterprise standards.
