Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications. You will define processing logic, validations, and cross-functional system behavior while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and traceability across programs.

Leverage your expertise in APIs, data models, and system architecture to advise on solution design.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications.
Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred.
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads analysis and translation of complex business needs into system requirements and tech specs.
Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for cross-functional use cases.
Ensures requirements align with delivery needs and enterprise standards; maintains traceability.
Guides on interfaces, data structures, and integrations; documents non-functional requirements.
Mentors analysts and drives best practices for requirements analysis and documentation.
