Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System and network administration, patching, STIGs, and device troubleshooting.
• Tier 1/2 user support, including VTC setup and account resets.
• Security operations: monitor logs, respond to alerts, assist incident response and DR testing.
• Provide skilled technical support across performance areas as directed.
