Job summary

Stackline, headquartered in Seattle with offices across the US, is hiring a Senior IT Systems Administrator for an on-site role in Seattle. You will deliver a high-touch technology experience, administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security controls while supporting end users and IT assets.

You will lead infrastructure projects, manage help desk operations, and drive SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure scalable, secure tech for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of independent IT administration across IAM, endpoint management, networking, and end-user support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Exchange Online and collaboration apps.
• Experience with Intune device enrollment, policies, and OS updates.
• Experience in Windows environments, macOS support, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness and audit processes.
• Ability to lead infrastructure and security projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related business apps.
• Manage user access, SSO, MFA, devices, licensing, and IT assets.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and help desk operations.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for IT processes.
• Configure and monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
• Support security programs, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead technology projects and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
