Job summary
Burnet County is seeking an experienced Tyler Odyssey Administrator/Technical Support Analyst to manage the Odyssey Case Management System and the county's enterprise IT infrastructure. The role supports servers, networking, virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity while ensuring reliable technology services for county departments.
Responsibilities include coordinating upgrades, troubleshooting performance, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Experience supporting Tyler Odyssey or comparable enterprise case management system.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking.
- Experience with CJIS security requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Tyler Odyssey Case Management System.
- Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and maintenance with Tyler Technologies.
- Troubleshoot application performance and user issues.
- Configure user accounts, security permissions, rights and roles, and application settings.
- Monitor application availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
