Job summary

Vencora UK Limited is seeking an IT Senior Systems Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations at the Warner Robins, GA site and with remote staff. You will manage Windows Server environments, TCP/IP networking, Azure and AWS cloud services, and on‑prem hardware, while coordinating with users and IT leadership to maintain reliable, secure systems.

Responsibilities include patching, project work, and on‑call support to keep business applications and devices running smoothly.

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience in Systems/Network Administration.
Proficient in Windows Server environments, TCP/IP configuration, wired & wireless networking.
Experience with Azure, AWS, and on-premises hardware is preferred.
MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic scripting abilities are a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with remote staff.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain core network infrastructure.
Image and update Covenir systems (Azure, physical or virtual).
Coordinate with managers and users to identify systems problems; assess severity of issues and prioritize responses.
Train users, where necessary, in use of hardware and software.
Provide flexibility in work assignments including network administration and helpdesk requests.
Oversee cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki networking equipment, firewalls, VPNs, and related configurations.
Lead IT projects with detailed plans, milestones, and reporting.
Rely on broad experience to plan and achieve goals; work independently or as part of a team.
