• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; five years additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting and feedback to agency management.
