Job summary

Jet Access, a private aviation company in Fishers, IN, seeks a Senior IT Systems Admin/IT Manager to lead the internal IT function and own Microsoft 365 administration, security, and automation. You will manage a team across ten locations, support approximately 380 members, and partner with an MSP to keep systems reliable and secure.

The role balances hands-on technical work with staff leadership, cloud security, PowerShell, Power Automate, and BI reporting, while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
Experience leading/supervising IT teams and supporting multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT Support Technicians, conduct performance reviews.
Manage IT service desk, SLA adherence, and incident resolution.
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
