As a Senior IT Support Technician at our corporate headquarters, you will be the frontline hero for our internal staff, ensuring a stable and secure computing environment. This isn't just about fixing what's broken; it's about proactively supporting the entire organization's technological needs. You'll use your expertise to resolve complex technical issues, manage critical systems, and deploy new technologies that empower our teams. This role requires a blend of hands‑on technical skills, strategic problem‑solving, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration role within a medium‑to‑large corporate environment.
Technical Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience with remote management tools is essential.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a history of resolving complex, multi‑layered technical challenges under pressure.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, concise instructions for non‑technical staff.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator will be a significant plus.
Autonomy and Collaboration: The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
