Job summary

National Seating and Mobility, Inc. is looking for an Advanced Systems Support specialist to troubleshoot incidents, support Windows endpoints, and manage provisioning for new hires.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to minimize business disruption. The role includes on‑call rotation, knowledge-base creation, and process improvements, delivering professional support to executives and corporate users across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT work experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive IT support experience.
• Microsoft/endpoint management or security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests escalated by Tier 1.
• Support endpoint, identity, access, collaboration, and network issues across multiple Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
• Provide professional and responsive technical support for corporate users and executives.
• Assess business impact and prioritize support needs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues.
• Perform provisioning activities for new hires, role changes, and separations; verify completion.
