Job summary

COURSER is seeking an IT Support Services II to join our fast-paced IT team. This role provides second-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to IT projects.

You will assist in system administration across servers, workstations, and cloud environments, troubleshoot complex problems on Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, and maintain thorough documentation for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Technical Support: Second-tier support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Administration: Help manage servers, workstations, and cloud environments.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.
