This role supports Delaware and New Jersey locations with strong customer service and technical ownership.

You will triage and resolve tickets, document outcomes, and contribute to IT projects, automation, and knowledge base creation while maintaining ISO and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive help desk and end-user support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint devices, printers, and business apps.
