Job summary

C3EL is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 deskside support in a Windows and Mac environment in Ashburn, VA. The role includes imaging, deployment, asset management, and strong user interaction skills for Windows 11 and Apple iOS devices.

The successful candidate will be independent, capable of leading small projects, and fluent across computing, networking, and domain administration.

Qualifications

• Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance by completing NBIS form.
• Minimum 7 years of related deskside support experience.
• Travel to field sites required with reliable transportation.
• HDI Technical Support Professional within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside support for Windows and Mac environments.
• Imaging, deployment, asset management, and Windows 11 rollout.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software, including Apple iOS devices.
• Lead small projects and contribute to team efforts.
• Document problem resolution progress in ITSM with SLA adherence.
• Escalate complex issues to upper-level engineers and maintain VIP support.
