Job summary

University of Pennsylvania ISC is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and consultation for Penn Wellness and its clinical, counseling, public health, and immunization services.

You will be the primary contact between HireIT and Penn Wellness, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate IT services, and drive initiatives to improve client support and service continuity across campus locations.

Qualifications

BS degree and 2–3 years experience required.
Experience supporting Macintosh and Windows; productivity applications.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, IGEL, Imprivata.
Experience with Epic EMR.
HIPAA compliance experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a client-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the Wellness support efforts, ensuring high levels of availability and rapid response for any technology issues.
Lead initiatives on behalf of clients and represent the clients in larger enterprise initiatives by planning and directing, collecting requirements, and developing communications plans.
Build and maintain relationships across ISC, the University, clients, and Penn Medicine.
Participate in educational opportunities for continual learning on new technology and processes.
Interact daily with clients and provide top-tier support and consulting through HireIT intake.
