OPENLANE, Carmel, IN, is seeking a Sr. Support Analyst to provide first-level IT support with a security-minded approach. You will resolve incidents, assist users, and uphold access controls while collaborating with the Information Security team.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing tech support, Windows/Google Workspace proficiency, ServiceNow experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work options in Carmel enable a balance of on-site and remote duties.

Formación

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (phone-based preferred).
• Working toward or holding a technical degree or IT certification.
• Foundational understanding of identity/access management and endpoint security.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsabilidades

• First-contact resolution and security triage for incidents.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and secure user support to maintain CSAT.
• Identify root causes and propose long-term fixes or automation.
• Monitor access and escalate security incidents to the InfoSec team.
• Contribute to service desk process improvements and knowledge sharing.
