• Ability to install/test new PC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, maintain, and repair client computer equipment and peripherals.
• Perform routine system maintenance and diagnostics.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and parts.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware; escalate when needed.
• Provide high level customer service and professional support.
