Job summary

Utah State University Extension seeks a Technical Support Analyst SR to deliver desktop, endpoint, and local IT services to faculty, staff, and Extension offices statewide. You will coordinate technology projects, implement IT standards, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while collaborating with USU's central IT team to provide secure, reliable technology services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of desktop/endpoint support experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience implementing endpoint management and device lifecycle standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support provider for USU Extension.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computers, devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide advanced onsite, remote, and telephone technical support as the highest level of escalation.
• Travel to Extension offices statewide to install equipment and support projects.
• Coordinate with central IT, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex issues.
