Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring seeks a Senior Director of Information Technology to lead strategic IT direction, governance, and security across the organization. The role oversees internal staff, MSPs, and partners to ensure reliable services that support mission-critical operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT leadership, experience with enterprise systems, cloud environments, budgeting, and a strong emphasis on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise systems, cloud environments, and MSPs.
• Demonstrated experience in IT strategy, budgeting, and project implementation.
• Must be available to lead during outages or critical events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategic roadmap.
• Lead decisions on in-house vs. outsourced IT services.
• Establish IT governance practices and performance metrics.
• Oversee IT security, risk management, and incident response.
• Manage internal IT staff, MSPs, and consulting partners.
• Oversee IT operations, projects, and vendor relationships.
