Job summary

The World Bank is seeking an Extended Term Consultant to join the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) group. The role focuses on research, analysis, and coordination of job architecture activities across ITS to support digital transformation and workforce planning.

With guidance, you will prepare outputs, dashboards, and briefing materials, and facilitate workshops to promote growth and Agile capabilities across staff located in diverse offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, skills, learning, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support development and validation of the ITS job architecture, including role mapping and benchmarking.
• Maintain online presence of the ITS Job Architecture with up-to-date resources and governance records.
• Coordinate governance group meetings, agendas, inputs, and follow-ups.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and briefing materials on Job Architecture and Skills Assessments.
• Assist in workshops and training sessions to promote professional growth.
