The Strategic Sourcing Department is hiring a Senior Strategic Sourcing Representative to join our team! As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Representative, you will lead strategic sourcing activities for technology goods and services supporting our P&C IT division.
Your responsibilities will include executing vendor management processes for P&C IT’s strategic suppliers, as well as leading and participating in vendor-related engagements such as RFxs, SOWs, market research, proposal and quote evaluations, negotiation, execution, and implementation of contracts. Your goal is to ensure Great American is receiving the best value for their internal partners from suppliers of technology services and that suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations in areas of cost, quality, and service levels.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday-Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
