Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Information Technology Specialist for a position in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on customer service, desktop support, and networking, with responsibilities including firewall management, RHEL maintenance, and disaster recovery.

The candidate will work within the Warfare Systems group (WS) under HII’s Mission Technologies division, supporting classified networks and contributing to IT operations and cyber readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years’ IT systems experience or 10+ years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or equivalent.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT assistance and desktop support for classified networks.
• Manage and configure network equipment including switches/routers and firewalls.
• Install, update and maintain software/hardware across multiple networks.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and IT certification processes.
• Assist with SharePoint training and usage.
